Food Service Supervisor

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff by scheduling, training, assigning duties and making sure the duties are met each shift

·         Ensure standards of food quality, presentation and operations are met

·         Record inventories, sales, wastes and write-ups of any issues and be prepared to report to manager if necessary

·         Be thoroughly knowledgeable and available to answer any questions regarding the specific menus

·         Monitor and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs and wastage for modifying procedures and estimating costs for efficient and profitable operation

·         Prepare order summaries and reports

 

Requirements:

·         1+ years of experience

·         Completion of secondary school

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Proficiency in POS systems

·         Well-organized, able to multi-task and self-motivated

 

Working Condition:

·         Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Salary $17.00~$20.50 (CAD) per hour
