Ethnic Food Cook (Sushi and Teriyaki Cook)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook complete meals in a timely manner
· Adhere to the recipes and ensure quality standards
· Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory
· Train kitchen staff and promote teamwork
· Maintain cleanliness of work station and adhere to sanitary standards
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· 3+ years’ experience
· Experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation technique
· Completion of secondary school
· Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
· Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
· Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once
· Team player, able to work in close conditions with other people
