Fowler Auto and Light Duty Truck Ltd. located at 1441 Clark Drive, Vancouver BC, Canada, V5L 3K9 is looking to hire Welders. Applicant must have 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education, training, or apprenticeship. Pay per hour will be $30.50 per hour. This is a full time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
Job duties include the following:
– Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
– Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
– Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines
– Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
– Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
