ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Supervises hourly employees, and controls adherence to shift times, safety, shipping/ receiving procedures, and equipment usage.
• Ensures full shift coverage by operators and provides back-up operator services.
• Completes shift reports, including, but not limited to: Appointment Schedules, Employees Time Log, Equipment Log, & Order-by-Order.
• Plans and coordinated for outbound and inbound product and raw material movement.
• Ensures that standards and procedures are followed in accordance with the food safety, and health & safety guidelines, in compliance with company regulations.
• Assists in achieving company goals through suggesting improvements and maximizing productivity.
• Coordinates with the Customer Service, Logistics, and Production teams.
• Promptly addresses shipping/ receiving issues (i.e. load rescheduling and secondary pickups).
• Prepares next-day orders and arranges all warehouse transfers.
• Completes and presents warehouse reports.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 year of experience is required
• Secondary school diploma is required
BENEFITS AND SALARY:
• Permanent, full-time position
• $27.40 per hour for 40 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid
