Vice President of Delivery

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Delivery will lead and manage all aspects of the ServiceNow product implementation and delivery. This individual will provide strategic direction and oversee all productions’ design, development, and implementation. The role will also interact with our sales, operations, commercial, marketing, corporate affairs, and culture teams to manage the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

·      Drive technical innovation by leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow NPSM products for Non-profit organizations like UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, etc.

·      Drive the implementation of various products for non-profit organizations like Intella, UNALL, etc.

·      Foster a high-performance engineering culture, attracting and retaining top engineering talent and promoting professional growth and development within the team.

·      Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

·      Lead the end-to-end Project lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Directs projects and resources and oversees project timelines.

·      Motivates and guides team members to accomplish team goals through counseling, performance reviews, mentoring, and team-building activities.

·      Coaches team members, helping them develop into more senior/experienced resources.

·      Plans with the Business Product Owners to identify priorities for Application Development and enhancements; acquires resources for projects to fit the current and future needs of the Business.

·      Works closely and cohesively with other Managers within Technology and key stakeholders in related departments.

·      Leads Technology Managers to set and implement policies and procedures related to application quality, standards, and testing.

Qualification and skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

·      Extensive experience (5+ Years) in an implementation and leadership role overseeing ServiceNow project delivery.

·      Technical experience leading a global team of 250+ highly technical architects, developers, and process engineers.

·      Experience rolling out global solutions for Non-Profit organizations, i.e., UNICEF, United Nations, WHO

·      Experience with Non-Profit processes and tools, i.e., NPSM, IDAM, Intella.

·      Experience working with global teams and willingness to support different time zones, as 80% of the team is based in Asia and Europe.

·      Proven track record of successfully leading the ServiceNow delivery.

Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary: $100/hour
