Specific Skills:
Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create a growth and go-to market strategy for new products/services and product/service evolutions in the organization ·
You will build, lead and develop a world class team of 25+ managers, leads, architects and associates that live and breathe company’s values ·
Designing business plans / strategies for effective capital deployment, maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize corporate goals ·
Establish annual departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures that are aligned with the company’s business strategies. ·
Attending board meetings and assist board of directors in administrative functions ·
Identify ways to maximize revenue in the Canada ·
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by each department ·
Report and share information with the board to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it ·
Participate in and nurture broad networks of alliances with others to exchanges knowledge and information about learning and support of change initiatives ·
Establish clear cut process in reorganizing the company’s IT solutions and services focus areas into major industries like Retail, Finance, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing · Arrange monthly sales meetings and track the new ‘A’ list customer data and define proper steps for new customer acquisition ·
Increase the company’s participation in the key events and promotions ·
Identify the new focus markets for company’s products and solutions; and navigate the new initiatives to next level of Senior Managers and Business Development Manager’s for sales and delivery ·
Work with board committee to prepare budgets and analyze IT spend reports ·
Lead, direct and mentor marketing personnel to achieve hundred percent outcomes · Identify and lead new business opportunities & create country-wise sales growth platforms through channel partners (B2B) to deliver sustainable profitable business ·
Understand the long-term business view and long-term technology view of the client to develop customer retention strategy ·
Keep current with technologies, trends, and issues in the IT industry. Advise, counsel, and educate managers on their competitive or financial impact
Initiate and drive the key partnerships in the Data Management and Analytics to generate the new business opportunities.
