Responsibilities
Tasks
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and requests for tow truck services
• Maintain work records and logs
• Monitor personnel workloads and locations
• Dispatching tow trucks to the appropriate location based on the type of service needed and the availability of drivers
• Communicating with tow truck drivers to provide updates on job assignments and changes to the schedule
• Monitoring tow truck activity to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Recording and maintaining accurate records of all job assignments and customer interactions
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met, and service levels are maintained
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Performing other duties as assigned by management
• Familiarity with GPS and mapping software
