Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team. As a Telecommunications Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment, including satellite communication systems. You will work in diverse environments, ensuring that our clients’ communication systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, including satellite dishes, receivers, and associated hardware.
Perform site surveys and assess installation requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at various locations.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment.
Strong knowledge of satellite communication systems and related technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
