Wage: $27 per hour + 4% vacation pay; approximately 40 hours per week

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator (Production) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our supply chain process to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile orders and instructions from customers/colleagues, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Organize tasks to accomplish daily work.
Adjust material requirements for production, construction, and projects.
Coordinate shipping activities with various departments to support smooth operations.
Monitor the movement of supplies and materials to the organization.
Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
Resolve supply related issues and provide technical guidance for improved productivity and quality.
Collaborate with warehouse and production units to streamline procurement and inventory.
Manage the ordering of supplies to meet production schedules.
Maintain accurate records of orders and specifications.
Liaise with production supervisors to support production schedules.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the supply chain process.
Review tasks daily to ensure completion within deadlines.
Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Issue purchase orders and collaborate with Receiving and A/P to reconcile spending.

Employment requirements:
Completion of a post-secondary education program of less than two years in Business or Supply Chain Management or extensive experience as a dispatcher, production clerk is usually required.
