Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor.
Job Description:
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the retail staff, maintaining inventory levels, assisting customers, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed at all times. Additionally, you will be expected to lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff.
· Train new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
· Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
· Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
· Assist with cash handling and daily financial reconciliations.
· Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Minimun 1 year retail experience is required.
· High school education is usually required.
· Experience in a supervisory roles is an asset.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in basic computer skills
· Knowledge of POS systems is an asset.
· Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
