Organic Warehouse Inc. located in Surrey, BC is looking for full time permanent “Store Manager- Retail” to join their team as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
· Manage staff by assigning duties and overseeing their performance.
· Direct, plan, and assess the operations of wholesale and retail establishments or their respective departments.
· Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand, forecast sales volumes, and assess competitors’ impact on sales.
· Determine merchandise and services for sale, and enforce pricing and credit policies. Engage in vendor negotiations when necessary to procure resale merchandise.
· Formulate and execute marketing strategies.
· Develop budgets, authorize expenditures, and track revenues.
· Enhance customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
· Meet staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and retention initiatives
Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
Several years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
Salary: $ 36.00 hourly for 40 Hours per week with benefits as per company policy
