“Speciality Chef(s)” to join their team permanently. In this position you will ensure a positive
company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and
associates. Speciality Chef(s) must know how to prepare and cook Indian Food, complete full
course meals, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance, individual Indian
dishes and sauces, rice vegetables etc. Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef for
take out and catering orders, must have knowledge of cooking different kinds and speciality Indian
foods such as butter chicken, curry, tandoori dishes and vegetarian dishes.

Salary: $34.10/ Hour
Hours: 30 to 35 hours/Week
Work Setting: Restaurant
Job Description: This Position requires to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
 Mentor and supervise kitchen staff in specialty dish preparation and presentation
 Ensure the procurement of high-quality, fresh ingredients while optimizing inventory levels to
support specialty dish production.
 Implement cost control measures and monitor kitchen expenditures
 Manage workflow and team coordination to guarantee that specialty dishes are prepared,
plated, and served promptly to meet guest expectations.
 Conduct regular inspections of workstations and equipment, ensuring adherence to local
regulations and maintaining a pristine kitchen environment.
 Work closely with service teams to tailor menu offerings based on customer feedback and
dietary requirements, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Comply with Nutrition and
sanitation regulation and safety standards.

Qualification and Professional Skills requirement:
Experience
 5 to 7 years of experience is strongly preferred.
Education
 Secondary School Education is required.
Skills
 Previous Restaurant experience in a fine dining property is an asset.
 Flexibility to work a variety shifts and Candidates must be available to workdays, evenings,
weekends and holidays, as business requires
 Must understand units of measure for recipes.
 Ability to supervise at least 5-10 people
 Must be familiar with all type of Indian dishes served on our menu
 Must be able to read, write and communicate well in English
 Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
