Education : Secondary School Graduation Certificate
Work experience : Two years to less than 3 years in South Indian dishes.
Wage: CAD 22.00 per hour
Hours per week : 40
Cuisine Specialties : An authentic South Indian restaurant providing all South Indian dishes exclusively.
Type of Industry : South Indian cuisine Specialty Restaurant and catering.

Job duties and responsibility:
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants in an establishment restaurant chains,
Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and hire staff
Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
Credentials : Safe food handling certificate and food safety certificate
