As a Night Shift Manager (NOC 6311) at Pizza Garden. you will have to perform the following duties: –
• Supervise and schedule staff who plan, prep and serve food
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies used
• Co-ordinate with person in charge of ordering supplies
• Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations
• Train staff for job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Assist in the selection of staff & assist in the policies, procedures & budgets with managerial staff
• Inspects food, supplies & equipment to maintain stock levels & ensure standards of quality are met
• Supervise the front counter attendants and back kitchen staff and assures that fast food timelines in getting orders ready are met.
Terms of employment: – Permanent Full time
Wages: – $20.00 per hour
Working Hours: – 30 hours per week

Languages: – English
Education: – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: – 1 year or more experience preferred
