Kairos Restaurant Ltd. (o/a Galiano Garage, Groceries & Liquor Agency) is a grocery store located in a Galiano Island, BC. We provide various products from groceries to liquors for the convenience of the customers in Galiano Island. We are currently hiring a full-time experienced retail sales supervisor.

Wage: $23.50 ~ $24.00/hour
Working Condition: 30~40 hours a week.
Working (Business) Location: 14 Madrona Dr, Galiano Island, BC V0N 1P0
Duties:
– Supervise the activities of sales staff and cashiers to make sure they are following the employment standards.
– Respond to the requests and complaints made by the customers.
– Establish the work schedules and assign job duties to other staff.
– Manage the inventory and arrange orders for the items that are low in stock.
– Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
– Hire and train new staff and conduct the work performance evaluation.
– May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field is required.
