Responsibilities:
· Develop effective sales strategies to meet sales targets, which includes determining target markets, segments, and accounts to focus on.
· Manage the sales team to accomplish sales objectives and provide outstanding customer service through guidance, training, and counselling.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Communicate marketing initiatives to the sales team and ensure alignment with sales efforts.
· Adopt performance-derived insights and analyze market trends and customer behaviour to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
· Plan regional and divisional sales operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
· Recruit, onboard, and train sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
· Formulate strategic initiatives to facilitate the launch and advertising of new products.
· Enhance the selling capabilities and deliver exceptional customer service by providing sales staff comprehensive training on product features, benefits, and usage.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, campaigns, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
