Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year
Task:
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, Authorize return
of merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on
sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain
inventory, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply
shortages, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Maintain store
cleanliness, perform inventory restock and customer service, manage lottery
tickets, account for all cigarette inventory and cash at the end of shift, fill in for
staff who does not show up for work, help train and review performance of staff,
help assist with reviewing supplies and vendor orders, monitor sales KPI, work
with store management with service commitments and performing services for
customers.
