Shell Lake Market located at 115 Main Street, Shell Lake, SK, S0J requires a Retail Supervisor. The applicant should have at least a relevant diploma/degree/certificate or relevant experience of minimum 6 months. Pay per hour will be $20.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
Job duties are some of the following:
· Supervise and coordinate cashiers & other staff members
· Assist in managing and arranging daily tasks of sales associates and cashiers, and organizing staff schedules
· Write reports on monthly sales and staff work performance and make suggestions to increase sales
· Approve product exchange and refund and assist with relevant duties when opening or closing the store.
· Ensure cleanliness of the store, display, price tags, and maintain visual standards of merchandises.
· Deal with customers’ complaints and inquiries
