Responsibilities:
· Review store sale numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses, and inventory losses and prepare reports for Management.
· Supervise and direct store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employee performance.
· Provide customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensure their needs are met.
· Oversee the daily operations of the convenience store, including cash management, and opening and closing procedures and signage.
· Monitor inventory levels, order products, and maintain stock levels to ensure products are displayed correctly.
· Authorise Payments and the return of Merchandise.
· Process exchanges, refunds, and team member purchases to ensure cashiers focus on quick check out for regular customers.
· Monitor key performance indicators and analyze sales data, identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
