Job Description: Sell merchandise; Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; Authorize return of merchandise; Assign sales workers to duties; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Organize and maintain inventory; May order merchandise; May establish work schedules; May hire and train or arrange for training of staff; Perform same duties as workers supervised.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 – 2 years of retail experience
Languages: English
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Standing for extended periods
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Work setting: Remote location; Convenience store
Personal Suitability: Team player, Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Organized
