Job Description:
Heu Imports / Stellar Stems is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing store operations and staff, ensuring smooth daily activities and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Assign duties to sales workers
Authorize payments and return of merchandise
Order and manage inventory
Establish and maintain work schedules
Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and handle supply shortages
Manage cash transactions and financial records
Organize displays and exhibits for trade shows, retail spaces, and other events
