We are seeking a Store Supervisor for our Gas Station and Convenience Store.
Job Duties:
· Evaluating and improving customer service
· Co ordinate cashiers and Coordinate sales activities.
· Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Store Funds and Property, Security, Sales, and Record-Keeping
· Assisting with store moves, preparation of merchandise displays
· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
· Order merchandise and supervise and maintain inventory
· Conduct orientation, train and assign sales workers to job duties.
· Oversee and contribute to keep an organized and clean environment for customers
· Hire and Train staff in job duties and train them in sanitation and safety procedures
· Establish work schedules
· Coordinating store needs with management
Requirements:
· Ability to work flexible hours evening weekdays and 3 out of 4 weekends.
· High Level of confidentiality, integrity & ethics dealing with large cash amounts and lottery.
· Ability to trouble shoot electrical and or machinal equipment a strong asset
· Secondary School graduation required
· Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferred in gas station with retail store setting
· Ability to supervise a team of 2-3 employees
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented multi-tasking environment
· Ability to work independently, flexible hours, great time management, good team work and Interpersonal Skills.
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills
