$21.00 per hour
Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Experience: Completion of secondary school. Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or cashier. Supervisory experience preferred.
Duties
· Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
· Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
· Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
· Prepare work schedules and assign duties
· Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
· Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
· Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
· May perform the same duties as workers supervised
· May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries
· UHAUL system monitoring, dispatching vehicles, inspecting vehicle upon return, assisting UHAUL customer activity including, inquiry, reservation, point of sale, and reconciliation of all contracts. Position equipment on lot, perform inspection and position required validation, store and track of support materials. Complete Reports to traffic and field area manager as required.
· OLG system monitoring/handling- top to bottom including, receipt and organization/distribution of stock, sale and return of all marketed gaming products.
· Coordination of tobacco products including stock level upkeep and order.
· Coordinate activity/ orders with suppliers as to delivery schedules, product counts and invoice reconciliation
· Inventory control – delivery to stocking/stacking for sale to customers.
· Insure quality and service is always assured and upkeep/ interior/ exterior appearance maintained.
