Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)

Main Duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Organize and maintain inventory.
– Sell merchandise.
– Authorize return of merchandise.
– Authorize payment by cheque.
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
Qualification:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 2+ years of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, etc. is required.
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Wage: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Benefits: 4% of gross income and the other benefits will be based on experience.
