Job Overview
Digby Convenience is looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. This is an on-site role where you will oversee daily store operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Duties
Supervise staff
Assign tasks and create work schedules for team members
Approve payments and manage merchandise returns
Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply issues
Maintain inventory and order products as needed
Prepare reports on sales, staff, and store performance
Hire and train new staff, and monitor their performance
Keep the store clean and organized, including displays and signage
Perform tasks similar to staff when needed
Handle key store responsibilities such as opening/closing, managing complaints, implementing marketing strategies
Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, flexible, and a team player
