Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
 Supervise and co-ordinate duties and tasks of staff
 Assign duties to staff and adjust to meet operational needs
 Sell merchandise to customers and authorize returns of merchandise
 Resolve customer complaints in a speedy and effective manner
 Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per Managements requirement
 Manage pricing for all new inventory and communicate price changes to staff
 Train new staff as needed
 Operate point of sale system and manage cash flow as needed
 Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Shell branded dealer
 Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
 Secondary Education (High School)
 Minimum 7 month – 1 year previous work experience as Retail Sales Supervisor
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including mornings, afternoons,
graveyards and evening shifts. Please note our Gas Station operates 24/7, 7 days a week.
