Responsibilities & Tasks
-Supervise and coordinate staff activities.
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety.
-Hire food service staff.
-Ensure food and service meet quality standards.
-Prepare budget and cost estimates.
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
-Establish and manage work schedules.
-Must know the establishment’s culinary genres.
