Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain a high standard of food quality. You will work closely with the owner and kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations, including front and back of house.

·         Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance.

·         Ensure food safety standards and health regulations are followed.

·         Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

·         Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies and stock.

·         Monitor and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

·         Assist in budgeting, payroll, and managing costs.

·         Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase business.

 

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

·         Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

·         Responsible beverage service certification is usually required for managers of establishments serving alcoholic beverages.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

·         Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
