ABOUT VACANCY

At this time, we are looking for a Receptionist to provide general administrative support.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Be the first point of contact, receive and greet visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner

·         Answer incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries

·         Sort and distribute incoming mail

·         Monitor office supply stock and order supplies, as needed

·         Work collaboratively with other staff and external visitors

·         Provide assistance with team meetings and event coordination

·         Input electronic information, maintain client records in digital folders

·         Perform other administrative duties, as assigned

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

–      Completion of secondary school

–      Previous reception or clerical experience is an asset

–      Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills

–      Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

–      Fluent English

 

WORK CONDITIONS

–       Permanent, full-time position

–       $19.00 per hour

–       35 hours of work per week

–       Dental and Health care benefits

–       Overtime pay ($28.50/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week

–       Work location: 300-416 North Service Road East, Oakville, ON L6H 5R2
