Operations Supervisor (IT)

Salary 33.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Main duties
*Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
*Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress and other reports.
*Supervise one or more working groups and teams of 3-5 people
*Coordinate, assign and review the work of contractors and third party resources engaged in client projects and engagement as per contract requirements.
*Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
*Perform record keeping and filing; operating telephones and switchboards; data entry; desktop publishing; and other activities involving general office and administrative skills.
*Responsible for customer relations management, creation and maintenance of business documents and communications.
*Ensure smooth operation of office and equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
*Train workers in duties and policies
*Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
*Organize conferences and meetings
*Manage contracts and Invoice clients
Employment requirements
*Completion of secondary school is required.
*Supervisory role experience of minimum 6 months is required.
*Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in an IT or computer technology related area is an asset.
