Location: Surrey, BC

Wage: $28.85 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

Hours: Full-time; Approximately 30 hours per week

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Officer Services Coordinator to join our team. The Officer Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and oversee office administrative procedures and processes.

·         Manage customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

·         Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for service appointments and staff meetings.

·         Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.

·         Maintain accurate records and databases.

·         Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.

·         Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as necessary.

·         Provide support to management and staff as required.

·         Uphold company policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset.

·         Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

·         Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·         Customer service-oriented mindset.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
