Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
 Review and process immigration applications for various programs, ensuring all
required documents are complete and accurate.
 Verify information provided in applications against legal and procedural
requirements.
 Maintain accurate records of all applications, correspondence, and decisions.
 Organize and file documents both electronically and physically.
 Communicate with applicants to request additional information or documents as
needed.
 Provide information and updates to applicants regarding the status of their
applications.
 Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws and regulations.
 Coordinate with other immigration officials, legal advisors, and government
agencies to facilitate the processing of applications.
 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or
discrepancies in applications.
 Manage a caseload of applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
 Monitor the progress of applications and follow up on pending cases.
 Stay updated on changes to immigration policies and procedures.
 Implement new procedures and guidelines as required by changes in legislation
or policy.
 Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and providing
guidance on immigration processes and requirements.

 Assist clients with completing application forms and understanding the
application process.
 Prepare reports on the status of applications, processing times, and other
relevant metrics.
 Provide data and analysis to support decision-making and process
improvements.
 Conduct regular audits of processed applications to ensure adherence to
standards and identify areas for improvement.
 Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency in
processing.
Basic Qualifications:
 Post-Secondary Education
 Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in an administrative role.
