The business is currently looking for a full-time, permanent “Office Administrator” to join their growing team.

JOB TITLE: Office Administrator
LOCATION: 201 City Centre Drive, Unit 409, Mississauga, ON, L5B 2T4 (1 Vacancy)
JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $27.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/week
WORK SETTING: Consulting/Office

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, actively assess and implement new protocols.
Set and oversee work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and meeting deadlines.
Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities to support staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedures.
Prepare summary for daily rates and new programs and compile information to create regular and customized reports, manuals, and correspondences.
Read and analyze different lending guidelines across multiple lending institutions and summarize key points and program highlights.
Assist in training to staff members and potentially oversee and coordinate administrative procedures in the office.
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures/policies and address and resolve conflict situations that may arise.
Oversee budget for office supplies and track current company assets being used.

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of Secondary School is required. Completion of College would be an asset.
Minimum 7 months to 1 year of previous experience in similar position
Ability to supervise 3-4 people.
Good English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
Knowledge in CRM and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, work under pressure, flexibility, client focus, reliability, organized, team player and accurate.
Able to work independently and in a team, flexible, good time management, organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
