H & L Company Consultant is based in Vancouver, BC. Established in 1997, we provide customers with trust and expertise in the design of studying abroad, employment, and immigration in Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team!

Job Duties/Description

Train other workers
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Schedule and confirm appointments
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Answer electronic enquiries
Compile data, statistics and other information
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous office experience of a minimum of 2 years is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in using MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Electronic mail
Working Location:

#400-525 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 3H7 Canada.

Wage:

$25.00 ~ $29.00 per hour.

Working Condition:

35 – 40 hours per week and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.
