Seeking a motel manager
102006075 Saskatchewan Ltd. (DBA: Prospector Inn), which is located in Creighton, SK, seeks a quality motel manager. All applicants that seek a long term employment are welcome; including aboriginals and new immigrants, etc. The hourly wage for this position shall be $ 34.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
Recruit, hire, and supervise staff.
Conduct performance reviews.
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
Conduct training sessions.
Perform front desk duties.
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Prepare marketing plans.
Implement marketing activities.
Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
Enforce policies and procedures.
Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
Develop and implement business plans.
Establish work schedules.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of senior management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Attention to detail/Handling Large workload/Overtime
Client focus/Efficient interpersonal skills/Flexibility/Team player
