Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Develop, implement and analyze budgets
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Recruit, train and supervise staff.
The job will be hybrid since the need of in person training, bar service, and management of the stock, these just among others responsibilities.
Regarding the salary, The Payment will be of $23.00 and hour with the possibility of going up until $27 depending on the qualifications with 40 hours fixed weekly.
