“Archer precision Inc.” is currently looking for passionate, self driven “Machining
Tool operator” to join their team. Machining Tool operators set up, operate and
maintain machines that shape and fabricate metal and other materials. They
adjust machine settings, and monitor operations to ensure precision and quality
in the finished products. The successful candidate will have previous experience
working in the position and well aware about the duties and responsibilities of the
position and able to work independently.

Salary: $25.00/hour
Hours: 35 to 40 hours/Week
Work Setting: Machining & Manufacturing
Job Description: The Machining Tool operator will be performing the following
duties and responsibilities:

 Set up and run machine tools to perform repetitive machining tasks, and
ensure proper alignment, calibration, and positioning of workpieces and
cutting tools
 Perform various validation techniques using measuring instruments and
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, using
precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
 Understand and follow work orders to determine required dimensions,
tolerances and material specifications
 Perform etching solutions to remove unwanted portions of metal objects
 Perform rotuine maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning and
replacing worn parts, to keep them in optimal condition
 Select and load raw materials into machines, securing them properly to
prevent movement during machining process
 Adhere to safety protocols to create a secure working environment by
cleaning and maintaining work space

 Keep records of production activities, including materials used and
production rates, for reporting purposes

 Qualification and Professional Skills requirement:
Experience
 Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience is strongly preferred in the
position or related position
Education
 Secondary school completion is required
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
 Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in English; strong
customer service skills
 Team player with a positive approach; ability to coach and motivate others
 Strong organizational and communication skills
 Proficiency in MS Excel, MS powerpoint, MS Word, MS Office and MS
Outlook
 Fast paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting,
standing, walking, Standing for extended periods and could be large
workload sometimes
 Ability to handle 13.5 kg weight and steel-toes safety boots are required
