· Supervise the overall logistics operations to ensure seamless workflow.
· Develop detailed logistics plans to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

· Compile and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports on logistics operations.
· Submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
· Monitor the functionality of computer systems and machinery used in logistics operations.
· Address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
· Schedule regular maintenance for equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
· Organize repairs as needed to prevent operational disruptions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve work-related problems efficiently.
· Identify and order necessary materials and supplies to support logistics operations.
· Ensure timely procurement of equipment and resources to avoid delays.
