Responsibilities:
· Perform regular cleaning and maintenance with various cleaning tools and equipment.
· Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
· Empty the trashcans and transport waste to collection areas.
· Use time management and efficient cleaning methods to meet deadlines.
· Clean and polish glass doors, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain professional appearance.
· Order and stock cleaning supplies based on current workload and upcoming jobs.
· Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
· Handle equipment, chemicals, and materials properly and with caution.
· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
· Brush and mop internal entrance stairs and first-floor stairway.
· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other similar areas according to established protocols.
· Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
