Ad Template – Insulator Helper
Able Boy’s Insulation Ltd., located at 6472-143 Street Surrey BC V3W 1T4, is urgently looking to hire four Insulator helpers (NOC 75110)
Insulator helper (NOC 75110) will have to perform all these duties:
• Load and unload insulation materials, and move materials to work areas
• Put up and take down ladders and scaffolding at work sites
• Help insulation tradespersons in construction activities
• Remove rubble and debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment
• Clean up contaminants, and help remove old insulation materials and other hazardous materials from work site
• Perform miscellaneous labouring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed
• Cover surfaces with laminated plastic covering material
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
• Position and hold timbers, lumber, and insulation material in place for fastening or cutting
• Select tools, equipment, and materials from storage and transport items to work site
• Assist the insulator installer as needed
Language: Oral communication in English required
Education: No formal education requirement
Experience: No work experience requirement
Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by the employer
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights, Dusty, confined spaces, cold spaced
Wage: CA$21.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Other Benefits: Vacation for 10 business days per year
