You are able to get more done in less time than others and can attend to a broader range of activities.
About the Role:
- Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment
- Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts
- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
- Provide advice about merchandise
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
- Professionalism in customer service
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Answer written and oral inquiries
Required Experience:
Experience working with engineering, manufacturing and distribution operations in an industrial environment.
Experience on a technical support and/or customer service type team.
