Hotel Front Desk Clerks

Employer:   Y J Threehills Ltd. o/a Super 8 Three Hills by Wyndham

Terms of employment:  Permanent, Full time, Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend, Part-time may be available

Wage:  $16.00 per hour, 32 to 40 hours per week

Benefits:  Bonuses may be provided; May provide periodic wage increases per industry standards and employee performance; Relocation costs (air fare) covered by employer

Positions Available:   2

Job Description:  Register arriving guests and assign rooms; Take, cancel and change room reservations; Provide information relating to hotel facilities, services and point of interest in the area; Resolve any complaints; Process guests’ departures, calculate and receive payments; Balance cash, complete balance sheet, cash reports and forms; Answer telephones, relay calls or messages and handle wake-up calls; Assist guests with special needs; Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; Attend to other clerical duties and provide excellent customer service.

Education:  No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience:  Will train
