Job Description: Register arriving guests and assign rooms; Take, cancel and change room reservations; Provide information relating to hotel facilities, services and point of interest in the area; Resolve any complaints; Process guests’ departures, calculate and receive payments; Balance cash, complete balance sheet, cash reports and forms; Answer telephones, relay calls or messages and handle wake-up calls; Assist guests with special needs; Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; Attend to other clerical duties and provide excellent customer service.
