Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Perfect Inns and Suites can accommodate you. We have recently expanded and renovated it to make our guests’ stay a great experience. We are located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. We are now looking for experienced Hotel Front Desk Clerk positions.

Position: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Vacancy: 2

 

Main Duties:

–          Take, cancel, and change room reservation requests.

–          Register arriving guests and assign rooms.

–          Answer inquiries about the hotel services through the telephone, email, or in-person.

–          Investigate and respond to guests’ customer complaints or questions.

–          Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

–          Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.

–          Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.

 

Requirement:

–          Completion of secondary school is required.

–          Completion of a college program in hotel management or experience with a hotel or hospitality-related facility would be an asset.

 

Wage: $14.50~$17.50 per hour

Working Condition: 35-40 hours per week.

Work Location: 238 Sims Avenue Weyburn, SK S4H 2J8.
