The caregiver will provide full-time in-home care and supervision for two adult dependents who are both deaf and have autism spectrum disorder. The dependants require continuous assistance with all activities of daily living, communication, safety, behavioural support, mobility, hygiene, meal preparation, and participation in routine activities.
The caregiver must be patient, attentive, compassionate, and able to work with individuals who have complex developmental and communication needs.
