Brass Decor Ltd operating as Home Essence located at 900 Maple Ave, Burlington L7S 2J8 is looking for a Handyperson. The candidate should have secondary school certificate. We are willing to train. Pay per hour will be in the range of $22 to 25 depending upon skills. This is a permanent full time position with 32-44 hours per week. We have other stores in Georgetown, Oshawa and Kingston and employee will also oversee minor repair work in these locations. We will reimburse any expenses for commute and travel to other stores from Burlington. Some of the duties of the Handyman are:
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Perform safety and security checks
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
