Job Description:
Phoenix Glass Calgary Inc. provides quality glass design, manufacturing and installation for residential or commercial spaces. They are currently seeking two Glaziers with a minimum of one year of prior related experience to join their team. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine type and thickness of glass, frame, installation procedure and materials required
· Measure and mark glass and cut glass using glass cutters
· Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products on walls (including for showers), ceilings or exteriors of building
· Set up and adjust glass and glass-product finishing machines
· Smooth rough edges using belt sander or smoothing wheels
· Visually inspect products for quality
