About the Role:
Frontier Bakery is seeking a skilled General Machinist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and setting up production machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in all tasks. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, technical skill, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain machine tools and production equipment.
Set up and adjust machinery and tools for production runs.
Fit and assemble components to close tolerances.
Calibrate and maintain precision measuring instruments.
Document deviations from specifications and maintain inspection reports.
Verify dimensions using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of relevant machinist experience.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a physically demanding environment.
Work Conditions:
