Houston Motor Inn located at 2940 Hwy 16, Houston, BC V0J 1Z0 is currently looking for Front Desk Agent. This job position requires minimum high school education .This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week. The wage will be $ 19.50 per hour. We will also consider candidates who want to work parttime.
The list of job duties comprise of but is not limited to the following:
· Register arriving guests and assign rooms
· Take, cancel and change room reservations
· Provide information on hotel facilities and services
· Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
· Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
· Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
· Assist clients/guests with special needs
· Provide customer service
