Wage: $20.00 per hour, 35 – 40 hours per week;

Job Description: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare food; Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; May estimate and order ingredients and supplies; May establish work schedules; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; May perform same duties as workers supervised.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the food service industry
Work Setting: Restaurant
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure.
