Wage: $18.00 per hour, 32 to 40 hours per week

Job Description: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; May establish work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; May perform same duties as workers supervised; Cuisine Specialties include Vegetarian and Vegan
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in food service industry
Work Setting / Work Site Environment: Restaurant – Bistro
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Team player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure.
